Roofing Contractor in Deerfield Beach, FL

My patio roof, which has an AC unit on top, started leaking and the wood underneath was completely rotted. I knew it was time to get it repaired before something bad happened. I got quotes from five companies, but none of them impressed me. Some wanted to replace the entire roof, and others didn’t want to open it at all—they just wanted to seal the top and bottom and leave all the rotten wood hidden inside. Because of the AC unit on top, some companies even told me I’d have to pay an AC company to move it down before they could do the work. I was discouraged until I met Johns Roofing Services. He saw the situation and did exactly what needed to be done. They lifted the AC unit, opened the ceiling underneath it, replaced all the damaged wood, and then closed everything back up. The team did what felt impossible. He was honest, professional, and charged me a very fair price. What really stood out to me was how patient he was while earning my trust, especially since I didn’t give my trust easily. I would recommend Johns Roofing Services 100%. I found him on Facebook Marketplace and decided to trust him—and his team delivered. You’re making a good decision if you let him handle your job.

Our family highly recommended Johns Roofing Services due to their exceptional experiences with the company. They expressed great satisfaction with the service and encouraged us to consider them for our roofing needs. After we contacted them, a representative came to assess our situation. The individual who arrived was polite and took the time to thoroughly explain everything, which left us very impressed. They ensured that the area was cleaned up after completing the work. Although only our flat roof was repaired, it now looks entirely new! It is bright white and beautiful! We are extremely pleased with the results and would certainly choose them again if we encounter any roofing issues in the future.
